The property is located in Portoferraio, in the historic center, a few steps from the dock, the beaches and the shopping center and the tourist port.
It is a residential historic villa consisting of two residential units lying on the ancient Bastion of San Carlo built by Cosimo I de ‘Medici in the mid-1500s.
