Description
Casa Sassi is a small country house four kilometres from Porto Azzurro and a short distance from the road that leads to Rio.
In a hilly area, 100 meters asl, it is in a good position and enjoys an enchanting sea view over the bay of Porto Azzurro and the surrounding hills which at sunset glow with a golden light of fiery colours.
The house enjoys a high level of privacy, although there are some houses nearby, they do not disturb the view or the tranquillity.
The property is located in the National Park of the Tuscan Archipelago.
It was built in the late 70s and expanded in 1999. It is on two floors and can be easily personalised: the lines are simple, the rooms are large, convivial, and the ceilings of the rooms have exposed beams that give warmth to the environment.
On the ground floor there is: the living room overlooking the portico and the garden; the kitchen that has a table for 10 people as well as a large fireplace; a small bathroom and a hallway.
A wooden staircase leads from the kitchen to the first floor where we find: two double bedrooms, one with bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea; a large hallway with fitted wardrobes; a second bathroom and the laundry room.
The first floor can also be reached by an external staircase.
The property is completed by attractive outdoor spaces, partly tiled, which form congenial peaceful spaces, solarium and dining areas in which to spend the sunny summer days in complete privacy.
The land is exclusive to the property and is about 6,000 sq m, a very beautiful area, mostly flat, partly with typical Mediterranean trees, such as cork oaks and pines. Even from here you can enjoy an enchanting view.
The house has central heating with radiators and underground gas tank, BBQ, aqueduct connection.
The building is in regular urban compliance.
