The "Concia" is located in the south-east of the Island of Elba just two kilometers from the picturesque hilltop village of Capoliveri, it is surrounded by greenery, far from noise and bustle, just ten minutes walk to the sandy Naregno beach and four kilometers from the picturesque fishing town of Porto Azzurro.

The houses

Garden and orchard


The houses are surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and an orchard for a total of about 3,200 sq. m., which is completely fenced. At the edge of the garden lies the wooded part that in the summer guarantees a pleasant and constant breeze and at the other side there is a stream.
The garden is planted with typical Mediterranean mature trees e.g. palms, oleanders, cork oaks, cypresses, olive trees.
In the orchard, which has an irrigation system, there are several citrus trees, pear trees, figs, medlars, persimmons

The beach
